Start

Start where you are with what you have.

That’s what I teach and it is what I am doing.  I am many things and one of those things is a writer.  I write weekly, some weeks I write daily.  I write for work, I write for myself, I write words that are intended to be shared to help or encourage others.  And now here I am writing to share with you.

I will write about my life, my work, my thoughts, myself and whatever other things come up that don’t fit within the confines of those four.

One idea I have is to share end of the week posts about what I’m learning, practicing, doing, and the like. I’ll do this each week or perhaps every two weeks depending on what’s going on and my capacity at the time.  That will begin this week and we will see how it flows.

I’ve made it easy for you to receive my posts directly in your inbox as well. You can subscribe via email below and receive the post via email when they go live.

It is by chance that I am starting in January.  This is not a 2023 goal or idea, it’s something that I have wanted to do and this is when I made the space to prioritize it.

I mention this intentionally because, while I appreciate the division of time into months, weeks and years, one of the most powerful things that we have are our todays.  You don’t have to wait for a new week, new month, new year (or new day) to take the first or next step.

With every inhale and exhale you have the opportunity to change.  I talk a lot about the power of small, living with intention and I am sure I’ll write much about that here. I’m glad you’re here! Welcome!
