My Six Favorite Books from 2017
I came across a quote this year that essentially says that five years from today, you will be the same person you are today except for the people you meet and the books you read. Without question, the books that I have read in 2017 have had an impact on me in some form or fashion and I discuss each book in this weeks episode. It was hard to choose a top 6, but I did it! Below are my favorite books from 2017. I discuss each in this weeks episode. And I have an entire episode on Start with Why, which you can find here.
My favorite books from 2017 in no particular order are:
If I had to recommend just one, I would say start with Essentialism. It has had the most profound impact on the way that I think, plan and do. I think it is one of life’s essential (no pun intended) must-reads.

Hi there! I’m Shunta, I work with women who seek success in their business, but not at the expense of joy in their lives! I teach them how to build and grow successful businesses that keep customers coming back time and time again. When I’m not helping women run businesses they love, I’m reading a good book, taking a class at the gym or walking the aisles of Target and TJ Maxx with my daughter, Zoe. If you believe that both your business and your life can be filled with joy, come hang out with me here on the Business, Life & Joy podcast.
