I’ve learned that the road between where you are and where you want to be has a few “must haves” along the way and today I am sharing with you three things that I have consistently found to help me get what I want out of my business and life.
I keep this episode short and to the point so that you can get started. I also share give podcast episodes that you may find as helpful resources along the way. Those are linked to the right in the sidebar and discussed in today’s episode.
Three Things To Do In Order to Get What You Want
Each is discussed in detail in today’s episode.
(1) Define what you’re going to say “no” to at the same time that you define what you will say, “yes” to. Determining what you will stop doing, cut out/off, is just as important as setting affirmative goals and plans.
(2) Consistently track your progress for encouragement and accountability.
(3) Believe that you can even before you believe that you can. Picture yourself reaching your goal, write down your goal, say it out loud to yourself as if it were already true.
Hi there! I’m Shunta, I work with women who seek success in their business, but not at the expense of joy in their lives! I teach them how to build and grow successful businesses that keep customers coming back time and time again. When I’m not helping women run businesses they love, I’m reading a good book, taking a class at the gym or walking the aisles of Target and TJ Maxx with my daughter, Zoe. If you believe that both your business and your life can be filled with joy, come hang out with me here on the Business, Life & Joy podcast.
