The Truth About “Perfectionism”: Procrastination in Disguise
Episode 103 Show Notes
Have you ever self-identified as a perfectionist? Used “perfectionism” as the reason why you haven’t completed a task or put something out there or put yourself out there? Yeah, me too. But after doing the self-awareness work on myself and working with hundreds of other self-proclaimed perfectionists I’ve come to learn something– perfectionism is procrastination packaged up in a cute box to make you feel as though your problem is a positive character trait. But we are going to change that today.
Listen to this weeks episode as I talk about signs of perfectionism, the truth about perfection and how to draw the line in the sand and leave that part of your story in the past.
