Niching Down: A Pivot I’m Taking in My Business, Why I’m Taking it & What It Will Look Like Going Forward

by | May 14, 2018 | Business Foundations, Growth & Sustainability Strategy

Episode 54 Show Notes

As I eluded in Episode 52, today I am sharing with you what I am currently doing in my business–niching down to focus on helping women build businesses on the other side of busy.   Today I explain, why I’ve decided to make this shift in focus, what that will look like in my offerings, and everything in between.   I also explain why it’s important to niche down in your business to avoid being “team too much.”  You want your customer to be able to read what you offer and know exactly, “yes, that’s for me! That’s exactly what I need” and leave the guesswork out of it.

I hope that you enjoy this behind the scenes, real-time view into my business and, if you’re listening to this episode in real-time, you can sign up for my free 3-Day Challenge, Maximize Your Limits teaching you how to start your day strong, avoid distraction and prioritize your day.  Sign up here.

Business on the Other Side of Busy

I am so thrilled to focus on this foundational process of teaching women how to get on the other side of busy.  To do this, I have three offerings which are meant to be taken in sequential order to help you get your business and life on the other side of busy–meaning, utilizing your time well, creating a plan that actually progresses your business and not just keep you “doing” all day, every day and, lastly, helping you with the specifics of your business once you’ve gotten a full grasp on the foundational concepts of time and planning.

I’m so thrilled to share more on the podcast and most excited to see the results that I know are going to change your business and life for the better!

Hi there! I’m Shunta, I help women entrepreneurs get their business on the other side of busy. I teach them how to execute goals that matter and maximize their time through my signature training program, Peace, Pace, Progress. When I’m not helping women run businesses they love, I’m reading a good book, taking a class at the gym or walking the aisles of Target and TJ Maxx with my daughter Zoe. If you believe that both your business and your life can be filled with joy, come hang out with me here on the Business, Life & Joy podcast.
